Role Description

 

As an IT Support / Installation Engineer, your key responsibilities and requirements include:

 

• Provide key technical support to customers
• Troubleshoot their IT issues
• Work closely with account managers to help manage the customer sites
• You should have a solid understanding of Networking (Routing and Switching)
• Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Server Technologies
• Experience of Office 365
• Virtualization technologies such as Hyper V, VMWare or Citrix

 

You must have a valid and clean driving license, and the ability to pass a DBS check as you will be working with schools.  It is also essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
