Company Information

 

Our client is a leading IT Support business, that provides support to customer issues, password resets, new user creation, troubleshooting disconnect, memory issues for Voip telephones, smart phones, routers, firewalls, CCTVs, PC, Servers and network switches. They are now looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team and help takes the business forward, as well as provide face to face and remote support.

 

Role Description

 

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be expected to:

 

• Remote desktop support and small office installation
• Hosted VoIP installation – Configuration and support
• Broadband Router QOS setup and VPN configuration
• SQL admin and IIS troubleshooting
• ON-SITE office visits

 

Essential Requirements

 

• Be Presentable with Good communication Skills
• Full clean driving license for driving the company’s van
• Be Self-motivated with hands-on approach
