We are looking for a CRM Service Specialist, who has an excellent experience in Salesforce administration and is excited to work on a variety of projects as well as delivering feature enhancements.

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Configure, develop and support Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud
  • Data integrity management, ensuring that the data is cleaned as and when new data is uploaded onto Salesforce and ensuring consistency across the system
  • Create and maintain the various different entities in Salesforce including leads, accounts, contacts, campaigns, opportunity activity tracking
  • Manage ongoing support request and administrative needs of users
  • Advocating Salesforce best practices
  • Create and maintain documentation for end-users and IT teams
  • Prioritise the backlog, monitor the progress to smooth collaboration between departments
  • Develop and maintain relationship with professional teams
  • Implementation of projects and to deploy best practice for the operation of the platform
  • Work within schedules and deadlines to agreed business priorities

 

 

Required experience:

 

  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud
  • At least 2 years’ experience of Salesforce platform and configuration
  • Knowledge of API integrations between Salesforce products and other applications
  • Experience using Salesforce AppExchange to extend functionality
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (advantageous)
  • Retail sector experience (Preferred)
  • A strong, team player attitude and hard-working ability
  • An analytical mind-set with a flair for spreadsheets

 

 

Skills Set:

 

  • HTML/JavaScript or similar (Essential)
  • ITIL and Agile processes (Essential)
  • Jira, Confluence or Service Now (advantageous)
  • APEX classes, Triggers , Lighting Components, Visualforce (advantageous)
