Regional Customer Manager / Regional Success Manager – London – 40K (Negotiable)

We are looking for Regional Success Manager who has experience and ability to provide outstanding customer services at all levels.


Regional Customer Managers are directly responsible for managing a portfolio of clients so the successful candidate will possess the ability to lead, influence, drive solutions and collaborate effectively at all levels both inside and outside the organisation. This is a regional role, so a clean UK driving licence is required in order to travel between offices and client sites.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Entirely responsible for account management
  • Building long term relationships with the existing Clients
  • Obtaining feedback from clients about service delivery and product management
  • Addressing Product Development and training issues
  • Providing solutions to their business challenges including development issues
  • Maximise order revenue and growth by identifying upsell opportunities
  • Maintaining good relationship with colleagues at all levels
  • Operating CRM systems
  • Delivering a high level of client satisfaction
  • Ensuring clients receive maximum ROI


Required Experience/Skills:


  • 4+ years’ experience in Service delivery
  • Extensive, successful proven experience in sales and account management
  • Ability to create activity and account management plan
  • Ability to provide exceptional and quality customer services
  • Proven track record of managing strong relationships with Clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to identify and manage potential issues
  • Strong written communication, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Must have basic IT knowledge
  • Clean UK driving license
