Python Developer – 45K – Remote Working – Top Leading Enterprise

 

Ivy Blu are looking for a confident and inquisitive Python Developer to be a part of the development team within and award – winning company in the West Midlands. The right candidate will be using the latest software packages on the market to enhance and maintain the company’s product. The Candidate will have the opportunity of working remotely.

 

Pyhton Developer will directly report to the Head of Infrastructure, the primary role of the Python Developer is to be responsible for tooling and automation. If you are looking to take the next step in your career with an industry leading business, please do read on.

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities- 

 

  • Work on Infrastructure-As-Code technologies such as Ansible.
  • Responsible for tooling and automation
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and expand AWS Cloud Infrastructure
  • Migrating services from a Physical datacentre to AWS
  • Building tools for automation, migration and tasks
  • Designing, developing and providing potential solutions while coordinating with respective designers and strategists
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and best practices
  • Deliver first class, maintainable and scalable software
  • Introducing non-functional changes of the product to include; Bug Fixes, Design Changes or Refractors
  • Working with Key Project Stakeholders
  • Be a team player, collaborate, provide constructive feedback, help create a world class engineering environment.

 

 

 

Requirements –

 

  • Must have 2-3 years of experience with Python
  • Evidence of building automation tools
  • Passion for AWS Cloud and Infrastructure-As-Code technologies such as Ansible.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude and willingness to be flexible
  • Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised and focused on quality of work delivered
  • Committed to continual process improvement
  • Teamwork and Organisation skills
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation
