PPC / Paid Search Expert – West Midlands – 30 – 40K


We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a friendly and vibrant team of our client that has excellent values and want like-minded people to jump on board. It is very successful fast growth online business.

The ideal candidate will be joining Senior Management Team and handling a marketing team. You will be planning and delivering all digital campaigns with a focus on SEO & PPC, you will manage all digital marketing activities. You must be an expert in Paid Search/PPC and have a creative flair.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Manage a £1m marketing expenditure, predominantly in CPC, driving customer acquisition
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Help create a £100m European Business
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate




  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and handling multiple campaigns
  • Strong experience in delivering successful Pay Per Click (PPC) Campaigns
  • Working knowledge of Google Adwords, Display, Bing
  • Programmatic and Social PPC Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Should have very strong Analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
