PPC Account Manager – Surrey – 28K-36K
Our Client is a Fun, Creative and Professional Digital Marketing Agency with Newly-Built offices based in Surrey. They are looking for a PPC Account Manager to join their team.
About the Role
Our Client is currently looking for a professional, disciplined, detail driven and creative person to manage and grow their PPC department.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity for the correct candidate to develop their experience within the digital sector, really make an impact within a growing digital agency and develop the paid advertising side of their business.
You will be responsible for compiling, creating and running their paid campaigns. You will be expected to be hands-on in all aspects, including planning, developing, setting up and managing paid campaigns.
Regular activities will include data analysis and reporting, attending occasional client meetings, assisting the Business Development Director with proposals where necessary and helping to grow and generate business from both existing and new clients.
They manager their own PPC campaigns on Google, Bing and an array of social media platforms for both B2B and B2C clients that range from small to medium sized businesses to very large global enterprises and household names.
They also provide organic digital marketing services for many of their PPC clients so an understanding of SEO would be a definite advantage.
With the necessary drive and ambition to take their Pay-Per Click business to the next level, you may be an existing PPC account manager looking for a fresh challenge and an opportunity to join a company where your skills will be recognised and rewarded or perhaps a PPC freelancer looking to become part of a team again.
You will have excellent written and numeracy skills and be a confident and outgoing individual with a good sense of humour and able to present, in writing and on occasion in person, to existing and potential clients at a senior level.
You should also be able to approach paid campaigns with a creative and open minded approach in order to develop campaigns that really deliver results.
You will be Google AdWords Certified, preferably with Search Advertising (Advanced), Display Advertising and Reporting & Analysis qualifications and you will have a successful track record of creating and managing advertising campaigns to a high level with the ability to use AdWords Editor, Google Analytics and AdWords Reporting to analyse and improve campaign performance.
You must be able to use your own initiative to identify solutions to problems, keep abreast of the constantly changing world of online advertising by using the online-learning tools and take additional exams as required in order to maintain your AdWords Certified status. You will become the main ‘go to’ person on the team for all paid advertising queries and you will be expected to either have the answers or know where to find them!
Ideally, in addition to your deep understanding of Google AdWords (including Remarketing), you will have some knowledge of advertising on social sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube and preferably experience of using PPC on the Bing/Yahoo network, although this is not essential.
Knowledge of SEO, HTML coding and design skills would be a definite advantage, but is not essential.
