PHP Developer – West Midlands – 35-45K

We are looking for a PHP Developer to join our Clients’ Web Development team based in the West Midlands

 

Reporting into the Head of Web Tech, you’ll be working on exciting new products that our client will be bringing to market in the near future. This involves working with project stakeholders to introduce new functionalities and implementing non-functional changes (bug fixes, refactors, design changes, etc),

 

The role is situated in the company’s Web team but will be also working with other teams in the Development department across all levels.

 

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proficient in PHP and MySQL
• Excellent understanding of OOP
• Familiarity with MVC architecture
• Exposure to Apache, Linux and LAMP architecture
• Experience of working with HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Experience using version control (preferably GIT)
