Their success has been due to the entrepreneurial approach of their MD, who found a gap in market for a more personable agency and their relationship with their clients and integrated approach is at the heart of everything they do. Responsibilities

  • Management and development of the team, including
    monitoring staff performance, encouraging, assisting and planning for
    employee development, increase team effectiveness etc
  • Full responsibility of client accounts; working with the team to service
    client accounts accordingly, time management and planning for all accounts,
    measuring effectiveness of our output
  • Evaluate and develop all internal processes and procedures
  • Driving the project management system, ensuring that all client projects
    and plans are being recorded accordingly and the team are utilising
    efficiently
  • Provide a strategic direction for our clients at all times; Proactively
    considering their business objectives in accordance with the planned
    marketing and PR constantly
  • Working closely with the team to assist in the execution
    of all client plans and activities, including but not limited to, email marketing,
    brand positioning and development, advertising, digital and social media
    marketing, promotional campaigns, experiential marketing, production of
    marketing material, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating all marketing
    activities
  • Drive and maintain first-class internal communication
  • Leading the team to ensure the company’s values, culture and ethos
    are adhered to at all times
  • Budget management; of client accounts and projects
  • Development and implementation of marketing, PR and
    social media plans to achieve our own business objectives
  • Work with the Managing Director, to identify their strengths
    weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, acknowledging key gaps to allow us
    to plan accordingly

 

Key Skills

  • A background in B2B and B2C marketing and communications is essential
  • First-class written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Creative eye
  • A naturally energetic and warming nature, yet authoritative when required
  • A confident approach to your work, management/leadership,client
    communication, presentation style etc
  • A team player. With the many clients whom they work with, they operate
    within many teams, including their own
