Graphic Designer – West Midlands – 28K

We are looking for someone with true talent and a keen eye for detail to become our clients next Graphic Designer. We need a Graphic Designer with imaginative thinking, who has a strong passion for creating a variety of material and is dedicated to producing exceptional, cutting-edge materials. We need someone who is confident in their ability to design creatively and graphically.

A successful candidate will help carry out projects of all sizes and variety and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication. We are looking for an open-minded and collaborative graphic designer who strives to inspire others.

Roles & Responsibilities:    

 

  • Mentoring the designer’s work and software skills, leading example and inspiring creativity throughout all projects
  • Ensuring the design team are hot on current trends and constantly moving forward, with both techniques and technology that are relevant to the business
  • Designing creative and innovative marketing communications
  • Understanding the requirements and individuality of each client, targets and stake holders
  • Managing all artwork and associated assets, including version control.
  • Supporting the delivery of all digital marketing activities including website content management and the creation and maintenance of email marketing temples and a range of digital media including video and animation.
  • Establishing design briefs by collecting information and data through research
  • Liaising closely with other in-house departments including the printing and other members of the design team to ensure the best standards and requirements are met

 

 

Skills and experience

 

  • Understanding of Adobe Suite
  • A keen eye for detail, and being able to see what works well and fits appropriately
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Highly organised and a team player
