Front End Developer– West Midlands – 35-45K

Ivy Blu are now looking for a Front End Developer to join our clients’ Mobile Development team in Birmingham, West Midlands.

The role generally works with the Development team but will be expected to interface with other teams in departments across all levels.

Skills and Technologies required

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience (to be tested at interview):

 

  • React and Redux
  • Node.js
  • Git
  • TypeScript
  • Development of software applications with React using CSS, HTML and JavaScript
  • Working in an Agile Software Development or Scrum team (desirable)
  • Using GitHub for development workflow (desirable)

 

Personal Qualities

  • Is commercially aware and technically astute (ideally gained in a software, services or solution-led company)
  • Is a self-starter with a “can do” attitude
  • Has integrity and persistence
  • Is proactive, forward thinking and innovative
  • Is able to analyse and present solutions to problems
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
