Ivy Blu are recruiting for an ERP Analyst specialising in multiple ERP related projects to join an Industry leading, international business situated in London.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

• A successful ERP Analyst will be rsolving a wide range of applications within the ERP sector of the business
• Provide a 2nd and 3rd line support for business systems and applications
• Providing accurate and timely updates to support tickets
• Administer and resolve business issues with third party suppliers
• Develop, suggest and maintain changes to operational procedures with a view to improving the efficiency and stability of deployed systems
• Maintain and share knowledge with effective documentations to ensure an effective communication link
• Some retail industry support experience would be ideal, with exposure to Merret Retail Assist

 

Experience and Skills Required

• Outstanding customer service skills
• A natural relationship builder
• Willingness to learn independently and within a close team environment
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Ticket Management
• 2nd /3rd line support experience
