Ecommerce / CRM / Digital Marketing Executive



We are looking for a good Digital Marketing Executive who has skills in writing content, monitoring the website, email marketing and how you can retain the customer base. Ideally we are looking for someone who can work on the overall site and make sure the blogging is up to date and the site is well maintained.




  • Assist in the planning and implementation of ECRM strategies across the company
  • Support the wider ecommerce and digital marketing team with day to day projects and tasks
  • Support the creation and implementation of email campaigns to our online database and affiliates in line with the content calendar
  • Working with third party developers and email provider to ensure key data fields and information are feeding through
  • Support in segment creation and development
  • Support in asset creation for website, email and various marketing campaigns
  • Assistance with upload of blogs to website, and the creation and maintenance of site pages
  • Working directly with the brand teams to ensure the portfolio is represented consistently across all channels and communications
  • Support with reporting on digital campaigns and KPI’s to the wider team to influence learnings and future strategies
  • Keep abreast of competitor activities and industry developments in order to inform the business, and apply as necessary to marketing initiatives
  • Support with set up and brand refreshes across retailer’s sites
  • Regular auditing of representation on retailer and partner sites




Knowledge and Skills


  • Ability to manage agency relationships
  • Strong analytical and commercial approach
  • Ability to manage internal processes and main stakeholders
  • Educated to degree level preferably marketing or business
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Experience in email marketing creative (Dotmailer platform preferred)
  • Experience in CRM systems e.g. Zendesk would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Abode Design Suite (Photoshop)
  • Experience and understanding of Google Analytics
