Digital Project Manager – London – 38-45K

The Role & Responsibilities

• Effective day-to-day management of website projects
• Primary communication channel between the client, internal teams and third parties
• Effective management of internal project team, including design, development
• Experience of working with and managing remote build teams
• In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have a real passion for translating a company’s messaging into compelling websites and take a consultative approach to making this happen
• Produce all project life-cycle documentation, including project plans, risk registers and lessons learnt reports
• Enforcement of project controls, including status reporting, client sign-offs and change control
• Effective management of the creative process including leading and advising the client through the design and copy stages
• Creation and management of build budgets, ensuring project profitability
• Effective project planning and risk management
• Documentation of user requirements and functional specifications
• Organise, run and lead client meetings
• Management of client expectations

 

Skills and Experience

•  5+ years experience of website project management experience
• Specific knowledge and experience of managing corporate reports
• Experience of the corporate reporting calendar and of the project life cycle of an Annual Report
• Exposure to working with third party design agencies on the production of reports
• Experience of Waterfall and Agile delivery methods
• Proven track record of effective time management
• Excellent written communication, attention to detail and diplomacy
• Strong knowledge and experience of website design, usability and management of copy and content creation
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure to deadlines
• Confident and effective client communication skills
