Creative Designer – West Midlands – 30 – 35K – Top Creative Flair Required

Do you have an strong portfolio of your creative work? Do you have an excellent creative flair? Can you make ideas come to life?

 

We are looking for a true creative talent with a keen eye for detail. We need a Creative Designer with imaginative thinking, who has a strong passion for creating a variety of material and is dedicated to producing exceptional, cutting-edge designs. We need someone who is confident in their ability to design creatively with an assured style to make simple ideas and delivering them in a visually attractive form for our client base.

 

A successful candidate will help carry out projects of all sizes with different clients and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication. We are looking for an open-minded and collaborative designer who strives to inspire and enjoys being inspire.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Working alongside the Creative Director and Creative Team on a variety of materials including but not limited to:

* Brochures

* Adverts

* Web design

* Packaging

* Branding and Rebranding

* Digital graphics

* Marketing materials

* Motion Video

• You will also be developing creative ideas from client meetings, creating start up layouts and taking projects through the process to the final products.
• Have the ability to take over from other members of the team and being able to develop the projects further.
• Working to tight deadlines on multiple projects, with a keen eye for detail.

 

Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years experience within creative roles
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Decent understanding of print and colour processes
• A strong creative background, with a portfolio of examples of your work
• A keen eye for detail, and being able to see what works well and fits appropriately
• The ability to take all feedback on board, improving your projects and developing them further
