What we are looking for:

• Building strategic relationships with clients and maintaining it with regular contact and meetings
• Client service level reviews
• Awareness of quality and value of companies services
• Supporting the Directors on existing in service and growth opportunities
• Have a clear understanding of client performance across all the digital services and the performance
• Working with client and directors to find new digital services
• Account Management and Client Services

 

Skills:

• 5 years experience in Digital Marketing
• Passionate and an in-depth experience in managing client relationships
• Previous experience in working with or in an agency
• In- depth knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• Can plan and strategise at a senior level
• Proactive
• Confident
• Attention to detail
• Degree qualified

Salary is dependent on experience
