Business Analyst – Luxury Retail Chain – 50K – West London

Business Analyst – West London

Are you a Business Analyst who has experience in either Finance or CRM? We are looking for 2 Business Analysts, one which is more a generalist BA, one which is more Finance related.

This is a leading Retail business situated in West London, they are an award winning business and they are looking for 2 people urgently.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Liaise with users, third parties and leading workshops to provide expertise and ensure the solutions fully meet the requirements as well as fully integrates with the existing systems
• To help the Project Manager in the management of Project lifecycle
• To provide appropriate documentation to ensure solutions are understood by those who support the application and users
• Stay up to date with the market research and development
• Provide advice to the users regarding change management
• Provide expertise to enable effective UAT
• Assessing third party solutions for technical and business suitability.

 

Requirements / Skills

 

• Must have Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or Prince2
• Working knowledge of Business Process mapping and delivering omni-channel related projects
• Should have worked under Retail/ WMS/ MMS/ data integration/ E-Commerce/BI
• Database knowledge of SQL, web platforms and XML would add an advantage
• Should follow customer centred approach and possess rapport building skills
