Position Overview
They are currently looking to develop one of their fastest growing divisions. Their product is a primary research product which presents the value-added independent insights and opinions of industry specialists in a conference call format, discussing emerging topics of interest to investors. In order for them to deliver on their aggressive growth targets.

 

 

 

Responsibilities
In this role your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Researching potential conference call ideas, preparing detailed market analysis and questions ahead of the event that addresses their clients core areas of interest
  • Hosting conference calls with specialists, driving the discussion, and extracting value-added insights through active debate
  • Ensuring the clients products are being marketed and sold effectively, educating and pitching upcoming conference calls to different teams within the company
  • Working closely with industry specialists and a specialist team, providing guidance to ensure that client needs are being addressed
  • Interacting and fostering relationships with clients before and after each event to help drive continuous improvement of their experience.

 

Skills
The successful candidate will have:

  • A real interest in financial markets, alternative investment strategies, business analysis and the public equity investment process
  • Demonstrable experience of researching, analysing and summarising written content
  • The ability to confidently engage with C-level people and industry experts over the telephone
  • A strong entrepreneurial drive and desire to develop their product in a fast-paced environment
  • A results-driven outlook, with the ability to effectively manage their time while maintaining a positive and can-do attitude, and think on their feet

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree
  • The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK
