Our client are a global agency producing content, collateral and campaigns from concept to delivery. They work with some of the biggest global brands. They are a RAR registered agency, With sector expertise in technology, healthcare, leisure, charity and publishing.

 

 

Role

 

 

  • Strategically own, manage and develop client relationships
  • Interpret the requirements of the brief and deliver innovative solutions to drive the business forward
  • Have overall ownership and responsibility for the project management of all projects
  • To be an ambassador for the agency

 

 

Account Management: responsible for

 

  • Finding new opportunities with the client and building on those opportunities
  • Taking client briefs and pro-actively suggesting alternative solutions to the client – adding value, up selling and cross selling where possible.
  • Understanding the challenges faced by our clients
  • Working to ensure that the client has confidence the project will meet or exceed their expectations
  • Confidently suggesting ways to add value and new solutions
  • Having a good understanding of the client brand image
  • Solving problems and offering alternative solutions
  • Allowing the client to be the hero – their success is our success
  • Sourcing suppliers and building quotations
  • Monitoring project budgets, striving to complete within the allocated time
  • Managing client budgets
  • Ownership of allocated accounts, working to achieve and increase given targets

 

 

Project Management: responsible for

 

  1. Project initiation
  • Initial understanding of project purpose and the project objectives
  • Overall ownership of pre-production elements, offering creative and innovative advice on solutions
  • Defining the project, building the project quotation for internal and external services
  • Communicating clearly to the client what is being delivered and the associated costs
  • Identify key milestones related to project delivery and control
  • Proactively following up on all quotations sent to the client

 

  1. Planning
  • Liaising with the in-house team and external vendors to build the project schedule
  • Communicating the schedule to all parties and making them aware of their actions
  • Communicating any changes to the schedule to all parties, negotiating new dates that still meet the project deadline
  • Building contingency plans
  1. Execution
  • Overall ownership of the project, demonstrating leadership qualities and a positive approach
  • Keeping the client informed of progress at agreed intervals
  • Managing the change order process and informing the client of any cost implications before proceeding

 

  1. Control
  • Monitoring and controlling the project schedule, immediately communicating to the client any changes or delays
  • Monitoring and maintaining the right balance of quality, time, money and people
  • Adherence to the Quality Audit programme

 

  1. Closure
  • Following up with the client to see how successful the project was and to encourage then to discuss future projects
  • Reviewing with the in-house team and suppliers to see what lessons can be learnt

  • Providing a complete project brief to the studio and external vendors
  • Holding briefing and check-point calls to keep all parties updated
  • Maintaining regular and effective communication with management team
  • Proactively sharing knowledge with other team members and suggesting new ways of working
