3rd Line / Product analyst – 27K – London / Leeds / Solihull

 

 

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our award – winning client for their fast – moving business. The Product analyst will be joining a multi-disciplinary team and will act as an acknowledged expert for product, process and procedure.

 

At the Senior Analyst level, the team would be expected to have advanced technical knowledge of areas such as C#, ASP.Net Core, SQL, trouble shooting, and problem-solving techniques associated with the infrastructure of the product offering. The team works with the internal Product Owners providing business and support insight into the road-map of products, services and identify continual improvements that will reduce on-going cost to onboard and serve, plus improve customer satisfaction. The team liaise and work closely with the Professional Services team, supporting in the deployment of projects.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with the Sales, Professional Services, Training, Customer Success, Product Owners and Service Desk teams, to ensure they are supported through knowledge transfer, Confluence articles and the reduction of the underlying cause of repeat queries
  • Provide expert advice, guidance on all aspects of the RPS Platform (Desktop, Mobile, Online) having significant experience and understanding of Estate Agency
  • To provide targeted investigation where more detailed preemptive analysis is required by providing post incident review, expertise, product knowledge and effective problem – solving techniques
  • Working with internal Product Owners and provide suggestions to Product road-map that can impact the user experience and customer satisfaction
  • Propose and define continual improvements to internal Product Owners that will reduce on-going cost to onboard and serve, plus improve customer satisfaction.
  • Review of the error reporting, tracking trends, looking at spikes and keeping the log monitor open to track errors
  • Develop and deliver, using existing RPS functionality, advanced report requests from clients, through application of appropriate industry knowledge and working with the client to understand and agree requirements
  • To support business growth and create a positive environment for all teams

 

Requirements

 

  • Good experience of RPS Product Suite, processes and procedure
  • Good understanding of RPS Sales
  • Broad knowledge of Lettings, Property Management, Client Accounts, Analytics, Online, Land & New Homes and Third Parties (ISV)
  • Product Analysts should have a good grasp of programming techniques such as C#, ASP.Net Core, SQL problem-solving techniques as well as some level of customer service skills and experience
  • Proven record of delivering bottom line results through bold, decisive actions, working through risks and uncertainty to create opportunity. Continually raised standards and promoted entrepreneurial behaviour.
  • Demonstrable professional attitude
  • Experience of defining and documenting complex stakeholder requirements to a level that can be understood by both technical and non – technical audiences.
  • Tracking and measuring progress, providing feedback and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Analyses and resolves business issues through the application of critical reasoning skills and general business experience.
  • Ability to align team efforts with major goals and tasks
  • Stays up-to-date with latest developments
  • Self – driven and strives to deliver expected individual performance outcomes.

 

Desirable (Good to have)

 

  • ITIL Foundation V3
  • Business Analysis
  • Industry Level Accreditation (ARLA Level 3 study would be expected to be undertaken)
