The IT Team is dynamic and they are the hub of business, ensuring all staff members are looked after and that items that are escalated are dealt with effectively. Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Responding to IT Support calls and queries
  • Provide IT Fixes and solutions remotely and over the phone
  • Main point of contact for all offices, although being Birmingham based
  • Point of contact for escalated issues from the IT support team
  • Create and maintain training docs
  • Host and handle IT meetings
  • Liaise with suppliers



  • Alteast 4 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Troubleshooting PC’s and printers
  • Experience of troubleshooting Windows Desktop Operating systems
  • Excellent customer service
